Ain’t it just the way? Surprises happen in life and we here at Faith Encouraged just experienced one!
But, before I get to that, I want to say “Thank you” for all you do with us! What you’ve made possible for the growth of this ministry is at the heart of why we get messages like this:
“Father Powell is awesome!!! I’m going through a very tough time, of my own doing; however, listening to Father Powell is keeping me focused on God and what is really important. Thank you, Father.”
Our growth has been a cause of real joy and real challenge. As we began 2018, we realized we needed to update our web presence, do some much needed graphic design and support for the ministry, and start the process of hiring another helper.
And then our computer died!
We have had to take some of the money designated for 2018 projects and replace our Mac Mini with a Mac Pro. This is an older unit from last year but with greater capacity than our old Mac Mini. It cost us a total of $2200.
I am asking our strongest supporters to help us replace these funds back into our 2018 budget for our needed projects.
