OK, here we go! Here’s praying you are seeing this this morning!

We have worked hard to transfer all our devotionals from 2012 to now in this new home. I am so grateful for all the work of our Tech folks at Faith Encouraged to work through what became a great deal more complicated than I ever imagined!

But, by God’s grace, here we are.

And I have two favors to ask of you:

1st, please share these devotionals with three friends or family members today! When you share these devotionals, you not only share the timeless wisdom of the Orthodox Faith, but you broaden the reach and the ministry of Faith Encouraged. You become a partner in ministry with Fr. Barnabas!

And

2nd, please consider making a gift today to help us cover the new costs we now have in delivering these devotionals and the technical costs we’ve already incurred to make this change. A gift of even $5 at our Donation Page pushes us forward and helps make our work strong!

So, with your prayers and support, let’s keep this ministry going forward, and stay tuned to FaithEncouraged.org for news of some new ministry media we are working to produce and some new work with our weekly homilies and a new venture we will say more about in a few months!

We are not disappearing and we are now starting to travel and speak around the country (our next event will be at St. Paul’s in Irvine, CA October 27,28,29) I hope to meet you if I am in your area!

Onward towards Christ and His Kingdom!

Fr. Barnabas

Glad to find you and your blog posts. I’m very happy that previous posts were rescued and are archived
Is there a way yet where I can find a favorite without scrolling through 300 pages? For instance I wrote on my calendar to reread last year’s offering today. No idea what the title, or subject for that matter, was, I just know it spoke to me at the time 😄🤦🏼‍♀️ Someday I would like to read the Faith encouraged entry from 10-5-22.

Ancient Faith Ministries has been crucial to my becoming Orthodox and spiritual growth. I learn better by reading than listening. I understand why they must focus on specific media and I will continue to listen to them. However I’m happy to follow you here!

      Hey Sandy,

      Thanks for your note.

I did a search and there is no entry for October 5, 2022. There is one for October 10, 2022. It looks like we lost some of the posts in the transition. We are still working on it but there was a LOT of content to transfer.

Hopefully, this can be restored. It’s just going to take more time than we thought.

Thanks for your patience and your prayers!

      Fr. B

    Dear Father

    I hope you are well.

    What a fantastic blog!!

I’m not sure if this is the correct platform for prayer requests.

If so please can you pray for my elderly mother who is 87 years old and is suffering with chronic sciatica.

Many thanks Father and please bless me.

    With warmest wishes

    Rev. Deacon Fr Lavrentios

    Greetings Fr. Barnabas,

I just sent you an email to manually sign me up for the Faith Encouraged Blog which it appears I am already signed up for. Please check your records so that I do not receive 2 copies.
    Thank you!

    God Bless!

Fr. Barnabas – thank you so much for keeping the blogs going. I had been reading them every day and was so thankful they were only moved!

I will send a donation to help. (I also would not mind if you had ads on your blog if that helps it stay alive!).

    Thanks for everything.
